Administration show that "two-thirds of new employer
establishments survive at lease two years, and 44 percent
survive at least four years." This is a far cry from the
previous long-held belief that 50 percent of businesses
fail in the first year and 95 percent fail within five
years. Things that often lead to getting it wrong.

in times when the economy is flat it can be near
impossible. However with a solid Sales Strategy it

Thinking' this entails not following the leader but
running in the other direction!
1. Who - are you going to
target that others haven't. Create a need in an open
space.
2. What - do you want to sell them, its no
longer just a product or service it needs to be a
necessity
3. When - will you approach them? when they need
you most you must create a need then fill it
4. Which - are the appropriate target personnel?
figure out the difference between user, buyer and payer
5. Why - would they want to meet with you?
create a mystery or a need and definitely an opportunity
for them
6. How - will you reach them? think differently
get creative!
